“I received my order very promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately the item was faulty and had to be returned. I was offered a replacement or refund. After further consideration I opted for a refund. The staff on the phone who dealt with me were polite and helpful. My refund was processed quickly. I will definitely purchase again from Hogies but I'd like to know that items are properly checked before dispatch.”

“Your online system is good but shipping via Royal Mail is the worst, till now no tracking info. & items not received it’s more than 15 days. I suggest for overseas shipment use Aramex or any other co. But not Royal Mail.”

“Hoggies communication, shipping and pricing was excellent. Really impressed with all those aspects. To be honest the website showed the older formulation of Dior homme intense which was the reason I ordered. I am a big fan of all the iterations of that fragrance and was excited to find an older batch listed for sale on the site. However when the fragrance arrived it was the new formulation and packaging. I still love the new formulation which was a great price for the 100ml. However I do think the old picture should not be used to sell the new bottles as it is misleading. Will use them again but will check with customer support before ordering next time.”
