Communication not great. Item posted to Ireland, didn't pass customs due to insuffienct information given electronically, so package being returned to sender. Email correspondence is pretty poor. Tried calling a number of times during office hours but no answer, voicemail left. Still no response. Will be requesting a refund once package has been returned. Disappointing to say the least 😕
