We investigated this matter with our warehouse team, and our CCTV footage from the packing station confirms that the product was placed inside the parcel before it was sealed and dispatched. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot determine what may have happened to the contents while it was in transit with Royal Mail. However, we have taken your concerns seriously and, as a gesture of goodwill a full refund was issued.
