“i realise just how complex the whole lease extension scenario and it is further coplicated by the new legislation. I was going to to look to extend my lease [87 years to run] but i really dont know whether to hold on until new legislation comes into force .There appears to be no definitive answer to proceed or not so in that sense your website was not helpful but i dont think that is a criticism since no one can provide an answer”

“A very useful method of giving facts on home woodburning stoves and solid fuel. I have used wood burning stoves for many years , they heat the house well. If used with the correct fuel they do not pollute the surrrounding air, particularly if suitable wood is used”
