After you fill in your house details for an anstant valuation you find the site also wants your personal information and you have to agree to spam. No way! waste of time. Use Zooppla instead.

What role would a structural engineer play in underpinning an existing foundation? We have made a seperate brand new foundation a metre deep and filled with concrete, passed by the inspector. We will be doing the same with our underpinning but filling with concrete from the side not from above. Surely he can't do anything that the inspector doesn't do? It will be the same depth, same concrete as the new foundation.
