“this web page was very useful, as I have worked on newbuild estates and it has always been kept quiet about the extra charges you could pay by buying a new house on freehold, its just another tax on the homeowner & kept quiet until it was too late the government /council need to take ownership and start protecting the public from these rip off charges”

“I found the website very easy to navigate, very helpful straight forward explanations and step by step guide to lease extensions. As a retired legal secretary, I was able to advise my daughter and her husband how to go about their lease extension with independent advice. They successfully extended their lease and now my other daughter is going through the same procedure.”
