However, your information(below) confuses me: Re: who can inherit my property taxfree @ £375K plus extra £175K IHT Allowance. a) Child & spouse/Civil Partner b) Grandchild & spouse.C.P. c)Greatgrandchild & spouse/C.P Have rules changed from years ago, when tracing the actual bloodline would be used to ascertain direct descendants?. Surely a spouse or C.P. is not a direct decendant and as such your answer should just be Child, Grandchild,Greatgranchild.”

“I am an Australian with a UK leasehold flat in London. Through HOA we discovered the leasehold law reform debacle. This led us to processing a lease extension. Despite the hurdles, we got a 99 year extension. We're now in the process of getting the property sale ready and we have used the resources of HOA to guide us through the process. It has been a wonderful source of information. Keep up the great work.”

Hi Graham, We just wanted to come back to you to let you know that the postcode issue on some of our website tools should now be resolved. The software company providing the postcode look-up suddenly ceased trading with no notice which affected our tools. We appreciated you getting in touch which alerted us to the situation and we fixed the problem as swiftly as possible last night. Our tests show everything is back up as normal.
