Hi Graham, We just wanted to come back to you to let you know that the postcode issue on some of our website tools should now be resolved. The software company providing the postcode look-up suddenly ceased trading with no notice which affected our tools. We appreciated you getting in touch which alerted us to the situation and we fixed the problem as swiftly as possible last night. Our tests show everything is back up as normal. If you notice any further issues, do let us know.

“Excellent information written in an easy to follow manner for the smaller landlords. Whilst landlords are knowledgeable on many aspects of property purchase there is always something new one can learn on the Home Owners Alliance site. Mortage information changes regualrly obviously due to currnt situations and bank rate, stateo f the counrty's financs etc., but again excellent information particulrly for first time buyers and tven remorgaging. Tracking is an excellent option to consider for those currently unaware.”

“we are selling a flat with no chain now at 26 weeks!!! empty flat costing at least £ 200 a month utilities and council tax, and plus on going service charges. Delays ....not sure but feel like overloaded solicitors”
