“Good afternoon. A huge thank you for your excellent service following my order placed at 9:16 Monday 3rd October 2022. The watch was safely delivered by our local Royal Mail postman at 11:00 am Wednesday 5th October 2022 in excellent and well packed condition. I am delighted with my choice; I wore it that same afternoon and it felt very comfortable and impressive, I am looking forward to much more future use. Your competitive pricing was much appreciated as well as the speed with which the watch was dispatched and thanks to Royal Mail, quickly delivered. Customer service at its best and a very satisfied customer. Thank you.”

“Very good service from a family firm. My item was delayed by industrial action. Lewis‘s communications were very good, he explained what had gone wrong and then emailed me to tell me it was on its way. I have now received my item, and I am very pleased with it.”
