“Amazing customer service throughout the process of ordering an item which was needed for next day delivery. Even though I did not have an account with them, the team made every effort to ensure the essential item I needed for my business to remain open was ordered and dispatched to the delivery company. “Bad things: The order was delivered to the wrong place + I didn't receive any delivery notification! I waited for 3 weeks without knowing that the order was already delivered and when I was suspicious and emailed the customer service, they informed me that it was already delivered and that's when I discovered that it was delivered to the wrong place. Good things: Once I called to inform about the wrong delivery, another order was sent straight away and I received it in 2 days and I was getting daily email updates about the order.”

We do our absolute best to ensure all orders are delivered correctly and on time, but on occasion our courier makes a mistake which can cause issues.
