“We have used Hillcroft for many years. They provide a great service. Order it one day - will generally arrive the next - if there is an issue with delivery then a email is sent to inform the client. Would recomment to others I have also used the online chat which is very quick for a response”

“Order accepted and money taken on 22nd July. Today is 1st Sept and it still as not arrived. It was available for backorder, I contacted regarding stock and told it would be in stock within a week. Chased up twice now and had the same message both times that it should be back in stock 'this week'.”

We have continued to chase this on your behalf and have passed on the latest information available to us, but we’re sorry that we haven’t been able to provide you with a more definite delivery date. We have offered a full refund should you no longer wish to wait, but we very much hope we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
