Delivery was very different to how it always has been, some items came and others didn't until we enquired where they were, only part of the order was delivered with items still missing. One of the boxes was damaged but as this only contained envelopes and paper so there was no real damage.

Hello Odette, Thank you very much for your feedback – as stated on the product pages, some Stationery items take 48 hours instead of the usual 24 hours to deliver, depending on our in-house stock situation. Your website search facility is not easy - I often just want to browse different brands of goods and this isnt possible - to compare prices. Also need to put in correct term to find what you want... renewing pharmaceutical licence is a pain so I'm now buying these from our old supplier. Prefer my old supplier I'm afraid!

The website search function is something that is very high on our priority list as we are aware of its limitations – as always, the team are available to help you find anything you need – via either phone, email or instant Live Chat. Regarding the license renewal for the Pharmaceutical items, I appreciate it can be frustrating but it’s something imposed on us by the MHRA and we have to comply to be able to legally supply the goods.
