Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. “I have fitted my own blinds before, but the lounge L-shaped bay window looked tricky so I called in the experts. The Hillarys agent Simon was excellent, really friendly and personable - he listened to our requirements, made a few suggestions, measured up and quoted a price that was lower than I expected given the measuring and fitting service included. A fitting date/time was agreed that was only a couple of weeks away - this was later confirmed by telephone when the blinds were delivered to the agent from the factory. The fitting, again performed by Simon, was a breeze, taking no time at all and, as expected, the blinds fitted perfectly and look great - really opening up what was a dark corner and making the whole room brighter and smarter. We could not be hapier with the product, price, and the service we received.”

“Perfect venetian blinds, fitted within minutes, like a bit of magic they transformed the kitchen instantly! I changed my mind about the size of the slats after ordering them and the consultant was able to accommodate that. The measure and fitting was to the millimetre. I'll be recommending Hillary's and ordering more.”

“Absolutely abysmal company. Our poor experience started with the design fitter quoting the incorrect lead time for shutters. We let this slip at first, but once our fitting date came and nobody showed up, we had to ring Hillary’s to be told that the shutters wouldn’t be fitted today as the fitter had left the company. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would be contacted back within 3 days, which came and went and nothing. This happened a further 3 times of me chasing them. We finally got our new fit date which was over 2 months later than the original and were promised a good will gesture for our poor experience. We had to chase multiple times for this and today we finally have been offered a ridiculous £150 good will gesture for a £3900 order. I would never recommend to use Hillary’s. For such a big company we expected much better than the poor service we have experienced. Go elsewhere for blinds and shutters.”

“Our advisor 'Lavender' was also the fitter. He was professional and polite throughout. He rang and offered to arrive earlier than planned which suited us well. He was a clean and tidy worker, the motorised blinds fitted as planned and worked as they should beautifully. Thankyou .”

“These blinds are said by Hillary’s to be prefect .These are replacements blinds that took 5 months…..as the 1st ones were as bad . These do not resemble the advertised Blinds that they show on television or their website or in magazines. The stitching is shocking but I have been told they are up to Hillary’s standards…….!!!!!!!!!!!”

“6 months on for the most traumatic experience I have had with any company today I had to write a letter of intent. If Hillary’s dose not do the right thing then we will be off to small claims court. Now it is not about the money it’s about the appalling way I have been treated as customer. This company needs to take a long hard look at its self and decide if the direction that they have chosen is correct….which is where they put monetary gain over customer care !!!!!!!!”
