Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. Our team knows all the tricks of the trade, bringing years of experience and expertise right to your doorstep.

“Our home is now transformed with Hillary’s Venetian blinds. So cosy and homely now. Conway was quick and efficient and very pleasant to have around. Highly recommend”

“Everything up to my expectations. From calling for estimate to installation. Everything done at the arranged. times and I have to say that Stuart was an excellent worker with a very pleasant personality . No mess left behind although as he had previously explained had to dispose of old fittings myself. Quality far better than previous blinds.”

“We needed new roof and door blinds. We selected the fabric and mechanisms and they were ordered and fitted in the space of a few weeks. We are very pleased with them. They look smart, do the job and make our kitchen day room better than before. Very pleased with them”

“Really terrible experience with ordering shutters from Hillarys. We waited 8 months for the shutters to arrive and for them to be fitted. When they finally arrived after a few cancelled appointments they did not fit. All through the 8 months, there was no proactive approach to keeping us updated on the awful process/situation and at every turn we had to contact them for an update. Hillarys did not attempt to contact us with a solution once the fitter confirmed to them that shutters were not the correct size and again we had to reach out to them for a refund of our deposit. Truly awful customer service and a company that over promises and under delivers. Would not recommend.”

“Don’t order velux roof blinds From Hillary’s they only last 3 years. The salesman came round today tried to charge me double what I paid for them three years ago. And despite the fact he fits them he could not tell me why mine was broken. Not very good at all. They don’t fit properly anyway. There is a line that lets in the daylight. So what’s the point gettin* black outs if they don’t fit the window. I didn’t bother to complain about it three years ago but I now completely feel ripped off and won’t be ordering from them unless it’s cheaper than I paid three years ago. He was trying to tell me everything is going up in price. Not double though. Incredibly dissappointing.”

“The blinds we received are just what we needed and look extremely good. Issue is one of the blinds was broken on receipt. Was told that the replacement will be around a week, then we got told it is 2 weeks. Phoned customer service and waited over 20 min to get through. Such a pity that their back office support is terrible, whereas their sales person and product is very good.”

“Amazing job!, Blinds look amazing! I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of blinds we got. Very impressed. I will definitely use Hillary’s again in the future if I ever need anymore blinds or curtains.”
