“I booked 3 5l cans of Bird Brand Complete wood protector online - 2 mahogany tan, one dark brown. I didn't wait for the email telling me to pick it up as I knew they were in stock On arriving I was told that the fsrk brown was ok but only 1 can of mahogany tan was available and the other would have to be ordered in from another branch. I then found that there were at least 5 on the shelf! After a lot of hassle and wasted time I was allowed to take one off the shelf. It was shambolic. What should have happened was an immediate apology for the confusion and sent on my way with all the cans.”

“My husband & I were delighted with the polytunnel from yourselves - it arrived when we were told it would & we spent yesterday putting it all together (which was not difficult) & now it looks great, the quality is very good too!! “It took 3 attempts lies to deliver the part and I and my neighbours were in at every attempt they said they left calling cards but none were left the part was urgent and required for a job when it finally arrived it was not the one in the advert or parts were missing very disappointed!”
