“Amazing efficient service from the order all of the way to delivery with updates except the Jellycat was not protected enough, there was a hole in the bag which is an issue because they are collectibles and mud all over the bag from transit. Please consider wrapping them up and or double bagging them so they arrive safely and your customers are happy thank you so much”
