“The bench pad arrived sooner than expected and the quality and workmanship is superb. Better than I expected. Very good value for the price. Thick, padded and robust. It enhances our bench with the piped edging and colour. We will be in Norfolk in the summer and will have a trip to Highway Garden Centre while we're in the area.”

“Ive given 1 star only because i was saddened how my order had been packaged and delivered.i had ordered 2 fragile reindeer which were not packaged properly and came to me smashed to pieces”

“I ordered a Christmas tree and the courier they used (DX) was awful. There were two failed delivery attempts, both due to the courier because they didn’t actually attempt to deliver the item (I have read similar reviews from other people on Trustpilot). Luckily I received it on the third attempt. Highway Garden Centre didn’t provide much tracking information themselves, it was all down to the courier. The tree is lovely, especially for the reasonable price, but it didn’t come with a box, it was just wrapped in bubble wrap and black bin bag-type plastic. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Highway if they continue to use DX as their courier.”
