“I ordered a Christmas tree and the courier they used (DX) was awful. There were two failed delivery attempts, both due to the courier because they didn’t actually attempt to deliver the item (I have read similar reviews from other people on Trustpilot). Luckily I received it on the third attempt. Highway Garden Centre didn’t provide much tracking information themselves, it was all down to the courier. The tree is lovely, especially for the reasonable price, but it didn’t come with a box, it was just wrapped in bubble wrap and black bin bag-type plastic. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Highway if they continue to use DX as their courier.”

“Feathers McGraw hottie. Pleased with my purchase. Lovely quality. Packaging could have been nicer for price. As it is a gift. Delivered on time but no updates on delivery but it’s busy time of year. Overall a happy customer. Would buy from Highway in future.”

“Very poor, due to the contents of the service kit at £11.99 was missing from the box. Boxes should checked to make sure everything is included. Had to drive back to the store to get it sorted out as I had rang 3 times at 4.-5 on the Wednesday and no pick up. These boxes should be cellotaped to stop any tampering if this was the cause of items missing. Spent £33.95 in Aquatics & £108 in your store. Will not be using click & collect again. Very disappointed.”

“I booked 3 5l cans of Bird Brand Complete wood protector online - 2 mahogany tan, one dark brown. I didn't wait for the email telling me to pick it up as I knew they were in stock On arriving I was told that the fsrk brown was ok but only 1 can of mahogany tan was available and the other would have to be ordered in from another branch. I then found that there were at least 5 on the shelf! After a lot of hassle and wasted time I was allowed to take one off the shelf. It was shambolic. What should have happened was an immediate apology for the confusion and sent on my way with all the cans.”
