“Good product and clear service from you, however , probably won't be using you again as you use DHL as courier. Always have problems with DHL deliveries - bad tracking info, issues with delivery and delays as in this time. Delay and poor tracking info meant me hanging around for a wasted day, so although your product and service from you is good, DHL would stop me using you in the future”

“Class ck & collect, explained v high risk group & could it be brought outside yes but you still have to go into the customer service desk! Means I won’t use this service again so if it can’t be delivered I’ll go elsewhere, pity as you have a good range at competitive prices.”

“My order was ready and waiting when I went to collect it from the shop. The staff were helpful and polite. The bird feeder is made from a sturdy metal but, because the pole is made up of 3 fferent sections which slot into each other, the bottom section does tend to fall off easily when you move the feeder. The attachments for the water bowl and mesh tray were a bit of a puzzle to fix onto the pole. Once attached, they seem set in place and sturdy though.”

“Really quick delivery, thank you and brilliant communication for this. A different Doll was sent out for my nieces birthday so a different colour to the one in the photo which she had desperately wanted and I couldn’t get anywhere hence the order from yourselves. A little dissapointed in that respect and hope she liked it as much as the one she wanted”

“This fork is not quite as long as I had hoped. Would be brilliant if it was telescopic to suit different heights and kneeling needs. Otherwise it’s good quality as I would expect from S&J and arrive within a few days.”
