“I asked a question online about a replacement thermostat radiator valve head, and the next morning came the clear answer that the product I'd quoted was indeed what was needed to replace an old, broken one. I placed the order and the part was with me in two days. It now sits attached to the radiator, doing just the job I needed. Excellent customer service all-round.”
