“Initial order came damaged ( florescent tubes) which is always a risk. However I must say the heathfield dealt with the issue straight away and sent me a new set was sent out. They also offered cashback as an alternative. Which was good of them. Excellent service and would use again.”

“Customer support person acknowledged there was a fault with out LED light when we described the issue. But was not that willing to help and take the strain . So we at to call in a eleccy to have them install their own LED light so we had a functioning light.”

Hi Gary, Thank you for letting us know, and we apologise to hear about your experience! Since we did offer to pick up and replace the faulty LED light free of charge to get the issue resolved urgently. However, we honour the fact that you proceeded with your electrician's solution, we would have been more than happy to replace or refund the product and make it trouble free for you. “The incorrect light fittings were sent. Following advise from Healthfield, I contacted the supplier by email. After a week and no reply, I emailed again. A week later and no reply I contacted Heathfield. The problem was then rectified and the replacement light fittings were installed.”
