“Wrong item was sent! Decided to keep it as carton had been put in the bin with the rest of the packaging. We are not allowed to keep any rubbish/ cartons on the premises. I ordered an inset Electric fire for the hearth, but a standard fitting fire had been sent Instead? I Would have much preferred the fire I had ordered in the first place! Regards Mrs N A Haq”

“Excellent service from Heathfield LED; I purchased a heater which arrived promptly and well packaged, unfortunately it transpired that I had ordered the wrong model, but I was able to return it and received a full refund, which I am grateful for. “My order was requested past the 'orders closed for the day time' when I phoned but, due to the problem that I had, my order was packed and out for delivery within 15 minutes of my phone call. The man I spoke to at Heathfield was so very understanding and promised that he would do his best to meet the goods collection time. This he did and the item arrived with me at 11.00hrs 2 days later. What exceptional and understanding service for which I am truly grateful.”

“I am very impressed with this company. I spoke to a member of their sales team who gave me good clear advice. I ordered a Dimplex radiator at lunchtime on a Thursday and it was delivered to me by 8.00 a.m. the following day. The radiator was very reasonably priced and so was the cost of delivery. Not only will I use them again but I have recommended them to my electrician and various friends.”

“Ordered 23 12 24 sent out 02 01 25, parcel wasn’t processed by Royal Mail. On 6th approx Tried calling, emailed, web contact no use, finally called me back from missed call, refunded postage and sent out 2nd parcel as thought may be a damaged label on parcel. Again on 14th after no delivery Tried calling, emailed, web contact no use, out of the blue on the evening heathfield had emailed saying a full refund and delivery will be with me next day and an apology for the issues. Parcel finally arrived on 15th Jan 25”
