Hi Sam, Your order (#20184) was attempted for delivery on 3 occasions and was then held at the Royal Mail depot for 18 days awaiting collection. We would have appreciated the opportunity to assist if you had contacted us sooner. That said, we have now issued a full refund with our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. “I fitted new kitchen last year and not having a radiator in there previously I opted not to fit a radiator However colder weather made me wish I Had However I came across the plinth heater which have fitted it was easily done and is well worth it the heat is quick and operation is very quiet Impressed with it Plus remote makes operation quick and simple”
