“I purchased a Dimplex bathroom heater from Heathfield LED. Before ordering I contacted them to confirm a particular feature of the model that I was interested in. The person that dealt with my enquiry was very helpful and I made the purchase. The heater arrived promptly. I haven't had the opportunity to install the heater yet but I am confident that if there was a problem in doing so Heathfield LED would deal with that W.H.Traviss.”

“Only used this supplier once as they were showing stock of a discontinued discharge lamp we needed. Sent the wrong lamp initially but th ereplacement arrived as soon as they were notified. Excellent service from Jack”

“The order arrived short of one fluorescent tube but when calling Jack another was sent immediately. However this arrived broken. On being told, Jack immediately sent another exceedingly well wrapped package which ensured the order arrived intact and ensured a happy customer.”

“Really impressed with speed of delivery and packaging. The bulbs were wrapped in protective cardboard and then wrapped again in a big roll of bubble insulation. I have ordered twice and both times I was impressed. Would definitely not hesitate to order again.”
