“After 4 days of wearing the aids, I seem to have developed an ear infection in my right ear which has been problematic since the start ie doesn't appear to work so well as left ear and I cannot work out the direction of sound. Otherwise the plugs are comfortable and I have become accostomed to the background hissing. I understand the aids are currently working at a 50% volume .”

“I rang the number for company following a Google search. Phone answered promptly and it was arranged that I would be contacted by the person carrying out the hearing test. This happened the next day and I have an appointment for next Monday. So far it has been an efficient service”

“I forwarded a request for a home visit online and received a call the same day to arrange for an audiologist. Again, I received a call the same day to arrange an appointment with Diamond hearing service. Molly arrived on the arranged date and time and from the start her presence was very positive, she was very calm and understanding of what was needed. A real pleasure to meet. Very happy with the service and support to date. I’m confident this will continue and await the new hearing aids. Thank you!”

“Before having my hearing test you carried out a wax removal from both ears which was excellent as it did not involve water and you were able to make a big difference to my hearing. The hearing aid that I tried was most effective and I did not notice it in my ears and I look forward to using it when I receive it.”

“Charles was amazing from start to finish. Upgrading my hearing aids is going to be quite life changing with the new technologies now available. “Initially, left my details as requested on 'Hearingaid.org's' Website but did not get a response. Following this I telephoned them, had a great conversation with their representative who explained everything in amazing detail and then fast action was put into motion, which somewhat redeemed the situation. The Audiologist, who contacted me, offered a free consultation either at my home or at his local Practice. I chose the latter and met Michael Henley of 'Hearing is Believing', an Audiologist of many years of knowledge and experience. He devoted a great deal of time taking me through all available options according to my needs, advising the pro's and con's associated with each and more importantly without any pressure. I am currently trialling a demo-pair of Aides that Michael kindly lent to me and this all happened within 3 working days from my initial contact with 'Hearingaid.org'. So far I can only highly praise the efforts of 'Hearingaid.org' in sourcing such excellent Provider-Associates. I am seriously impressed with 'Hearingaid.org' would highly recommend them without hesitation.”
