“I rang this company after having some concerns about the hearing aids my elderly father had purchased from a high street pharmacy chain. I was told somebody would ring me back the same morning, which they did. David, (an audiologist,) was very knowledgeable, and even though there was no financial gain to be had, he listened to my concerns, explained more thoroughly the difference in aids, and left me feeling very reassured. Sadly, my father could have purchased a comparable product from this company, for approximately £500 less! My only regret is that is that I didn't discovered this company earlier.”

“Very quick response and appointment made with minimum fuss. Test was quick and very straightforward. I was fitted with the most expensive hearing aid and allowed to keep for a week's trial. The only problem was that it had to go into the ear which was the very reason I gave up on my National Health pair. I rejected the new hearing aid and exchanged telephone numbers in case I changed my mind. The audiologist was very professional and deserved 5 stars.”
