Excellent service from Hearing Aid!! I contacted them from overseas and arranged a home visit to my mum. Mr Stephen was very knowledgeable and assisted us through the process explaining all in detail…Molds made on first visit and aids brought to wear 2-3 weeks later … A learning process for all but mum is now hearing lots of different sounds she has not heard for years… Now 4 weeks later she is able to put in, take out and put to charge by herself. The follow up service is available if she needs it .
