The audiologist with whom I met exceeded my expectation and was a welcome improvement on my high street experience. Louise explained all of the issues very clearly and also what the results of the test meant for me. Very professional altogether. It turned out that I did not need an aid at this time and Louise was straightforward and honest about this. If in the future I should have further issues (as is likely given my age) I will consider Louise my first port of call and also recommend her to friends who might find a need for her services.
