“I was very impressed by the immediate response after my phone call, and very happy with the visit from the Audiologist, who was extremely helpful. At present I'm wearing two of the hearing aids for a week on a trial basis. So far I am delighted with them. This is a brilliant service. Thank you”

“I've been wearing NHS aids for many years but recently decided to go private to get some better, higher tech aids. I had a consulatation yesterday with Mark and I was very pleased. He was pleasent and knowledgable and performed a thorough examination and hearing test. We were then able to discuss options and arrive at (hopefully) my ideal solution. i am now just waiting for the aids to arrive to have them fitted (a couple of weeks time).”
