“Charles, our Audiologist has been amazing so far. He instantly put my Mum at ease and conducted the hearing test efficiently and explained the process clearly. A really lovely, genuine and friendly guy, Charles was not in a hurry and helpfully supplied all the information we needed in easy-to-understand terms. We have now ordered hearing aids for my Mum and are awaiting their delivery. Five star service.”
