You took the time today to give me advice, even though it is a Sunday and even though it was an NHS hearing aid question and I am probably not going to buy anything from you. That is more than I expected, thank you very much.

I spoke to a man called David at this organisation today and found him to be very helpful. I had recently made an error in purchasing from a different company that I now understand to have quite a bad reputation and David helped guide me along the path to getting my money back, without in any way pushing his own services. Because of this I will actually be using their services as soon as I receive my refund. Thank you!

Hello David, I now know that you don't do FM shoes for children's hearing aids but I do know a lot more about how the FM systems work generally so thanks for the help today, it was kind of you to take the time.

I just couldn't get on with my new hearing aids, frankly I only got them to keep my wife happy. No fuss from the audiologist, full refund was back on my card the next day. They do what they say they will, really genuine guys.

Thanks very much to Simon in Preston, this is the third pair of hearing aids I have bought privately as you know and never before have I been given a glass of Prosecco whilst having them programmed! Brilliant man. The hearing aids a a big improvement over my old ones as well.

I bought aids from this company seven months ago now and so far they have done everything that they promised. I have just had my aids adjusted at my 6 month review (slightly late, holiday) and everything has been spot on.

Experience makes such a difference, my phonak titanium from the teenager (well probably mid 20's) in Specsavers came out the size of a small brick, I got the same hearing aid from your guy in Accrington and it came out perfect. Can't remember his name but tell him "Top Job", thanks.

Thorough, no rushed advice on the phone, thank you for taking the time to talk everything through with me. You lost a star as the Graham the audiologist was meant to call me back within an hour to book me in whereas it was actually his receptionist calling after three hours, though I do understand that he was busy with other people.

Dare I say this - but I think I can honestly say I believe we have got to the end of the road with virtually 100% success! Going down to lunch today I switched onto Prog.2 and I was about to say to the lady opposite aren?t things quiet today when, before I?d had the chance to say it out loud, she said ?My goodness, isn?t it noisy to-day!? - need I say more. Of course, I?m not pretending I?m hearing like a bright young thing, that would be unrealistic of me, but I truly I doubt whether there is even a possibility of any greater improvement, and not just in that Dining Room. Of course, in the future there will be many times I shall not be hearing things I would like to, I?m 92yrs old for goodness sake, but I shan't be having that feeling of living in isolation, being cut out of general conversations - and to put it mildly there are one or two people living here who have interesting tales to tell and whose opinions I value. There just are not the words to express my feelings of gratitude to you, Andrew. You have been so patient with me and made such tremendous efforts on my behalf; and, for me, it has been such a very enjoyable journey. How lucky I am to have been put in contact with you and without exaggeration you have so enriched my final years. The words Thank You have never been so inadequate but I trust Andrew that I have been able to convey to you how tall you walk in my estimation. With my sincere gratitude, Eve.

I have downloaded the guide which is excellent for first time users and will book an appointment for new aids. I have had hearing aids for 25yrs and learnt pretty early on the 'rip off' of the high street chairs -My current Phonak crossover system was bought from a similar organisation to your own and was about 40% cheaper than the quotes of Boots, Amplifon and Specsavers. Plus the aftercare of an independent dispenser is (usually) first class -home visits for adjustments are absolutely essential, but not offered by the 'chains'. A friend of mine has just paid over £2k for Hearing aids which you list at about £1200 for two -he should not have gone to Specsavers.

Just back in NZ, wanted to say thanks again. For anybody reading this review, these guys got me tested and fitted with new hearing aids within four days of me being in the UK for a 10 day business trip. That left enough time for a fine-tuning appointment that I didn't end up even needing. Great hearing aids, fast professional service. Would recommend.
