“I requested the consumer guide by telephone and I received it by e mail within a few minutes. I found the guide informative and it has certainly given me an idea of what to look for when purchasing in the future. I have NHS hearing aids and also private ones but I am not totally satisfied with either and it is possible I will be looking to buy soon.”

“I spoke to a man called David at this organisation today and found him to be very helpful. I had recently made an error in purchasing from a different company that I now understand to have quite a bad reputation and David helped guide me along the path to getting my money back, without in any way pushing his own services.
