“The audiologist was very nice and explained my hearing problems to me very well and he also told me the best type of hearing aids for me hearing problems very happy and satisfied with the whole experience.”

“Contacted hearing aid and spoke to a very nice lady who explained what happens and that my details would be passed on to the audiologist that covers my area, I was contacted by them a few days later ,had my hearing test and I am now fitted with hearing aids, it was a very slick progress.”

“I invited David along to see my 93 year old friend , David was very patient and explained everything to Brian and myself , Brian placed the order and David returned with the Hearing Aids a week later , showed how they worked and how to charge them . He showed me how to change the tips and was generally very kind and helpful and I will not hesitate to recommend him .”

“Excellent service from hearing test, through to fitting and tweaking. Stephen is superb, makes you feel very comfortable and certianly knows his stuff. I was given a trial of very expensive, top end hearing aids to ensure they were the correct ones for me. Absolutely reccommended.”

“Prompt response to my enquiry. Local audiologist quickly found and hearing test arranged. Audiologist vey professional and I was given detailed information as to hearing loss and RITE hearing aids. I was given a pair of Oticon hearing aids and so far have not encountered any problems.”
