The Audiologist, Jonathon, was excellent. Very caring and considerate. Was able to remove some wax immediately and suggest some different styles of aids. Thank you for your professionalism.

Really great service. Local audiologist contacted me and arranged for one of their team to call at my convenience. Molly arrived and carried out full test and then explained to me what I could have to meet my needs. We then quickly arranged a return visit to fit and demonstrate my new hearing aid.

I feel it’s a bit early to write a review as my experience with the audiologist is not complete . One needs time as I haven’t had new hearing aids as yet to fully assess the total experience , when and if I do obtain new hearing aids it will take a while to assess and get use to them , I may then be able to write a more realistic review. Having said that my experience so far has been good. .

I had a pleasant and informative consultation at Moor Hearing about two weeks ago. I now have my new aids. I was impressed with the care taken by the audiologist.

I arranged for a hearing test in St Albans which was free of charge and in the process of getting hearing aids had a top up treatment of microsuction to remove some ear wax. Good test and useful advice so arranged a home hearing aid fitting and bluetooth set up to connect to TV abd Apple kit.

The audiologist seems to have a strong preference for one particular manufacturer, with no alternative offered to try out. I would like try all three of the top brands Oticon, Phonak and Starkey, but custom moulds are being made for the Starkey Edge, with seemingly no choice given. I was told that the moulds would be ready in around 9 days, but it is already over two weeks since the appointment and I haven't heard back yet, not even a holding call to say there is a delay. Perhaps you could let me know whether the custom moulds are bespoke to Starkey, or whether other makes of aid would plug into them?

After initial phone call no one called. If you had no-one in my area common courtesy surely demands that you inform me. Very poor show. No, don't bother now.

Hello Mrs Norton, We have looked into this, you are correct, and your criticism is completely fair. We are very sorry that we let you down. I checked with your audiologist, Mark, and he completely missed the email we sent to him asking him to call you. The audiologist senty for a home visit was excellent and thorough. During a hearing test, I have never ever before been presented with such a wealth of useful information. The audiologist was very professional.
