“I have used this company for a couple of years. My recent order included an item that was short on the original quantity I had purchased. This order was received on Friday afternoon by which time customer services had closed. I emailed to ask for a refund. After some discussion with Customer services the following week they agreed a full refund of the item. The error seemingly lay with a new trainee who had read the quantity required incorrectly. At the end of the day the company did put things right.”

“The meet was well packed. It was also fresh. They also included 2 kg extra chicken wings for Kababs which we appreciated. They were professional. Since they had new meet coming and couldn't deliver on the earlier date, they contacted me if I am happy so was glad with that. Although, the lambshank size were small than mentioned on the website. It is better to correct it on the website or meet expectation.”

“Great products, makes meals easy to prepare especially with its range of recipes. I like that the fresh meat is also of quality and nothing to complain. Reasonable price point and I especially love all the amazing monthly offers or 2 for 1 deals! Delivery is good but I find returning the boxes a hassle maybe the team can find an easier way for us to return the packaging materials. I don't mind saving and giving the packaging materials back to the delivery vendor.”
