“As a picky buyer this meat was a delightful surprise. Always tender, great selections, and I find everything I need for my heritage italian recipes (I almost cried seeing ossobuco and bones for broth - a supermarket could never). I loved the subscription boxes. The only reason I give 4 stars is a lack of comunication: I had a problem with a box delivery, sent an email - they solved the issue immediately but never answered me or awknoledge the issue in the first place which was a bit weird. Also, I always send back the packaging twice a month (with the required papers inside) - never received a confirmation or the £10 token. I don't need/want the token, but I would appreciate maybe free delivery? just to balance out what I spent to send the packaging back. I receive A LOT of emails for offers, but none real comunication about things that matter to me, like "ehy, we saw your email, this is what we can do for your parcel, thank you" which would be enough for me to put 5 stars. Over all great products, great packaging, I reccomended to everyone I know.”
