I have used this company for a couple of years. No real complaints until recently. Last order I had lamb shanks which were decidedly tough despite lengthy slow cooking - almost inedible. Received my order today and despite paying for 1KG of chicken tikka only received 500g. No message to say why. No response so far from customer services. In addition, normally the ice bags are still frozen. Today however, they are totally defrosted.

Healthy halal online has poor communication. I was due a delivery but due to some items being out of stock no delivery was sent and I was not sent an email or text to update me on the No delivery. I think once healthy halal improves their form of communication I may consider ordering from them in the future. I order the meat for my special needs child and it gets very disappointing when no contact is made at least it gives me time to make alternative arrangements if I got informed.

In two consecutive orders they come back a day before delivery and announce delaying the delivery for one more day. This disrupts a lot of your plans

iv ordered a few times excellent service great products but some attention to detail required on prep of food beard hair found in one of the burgers ,i suggest beard snod for the prepers of food other than that a good service

I had 2 delivery's in the past and when I received both orders most of the items had to go in the bin as there were off because they were not packed correctly.

I wasnt happy with the delivery and forgetting to put the orders i paid for.The refusal by staff to give a goodwill gesture for mistakes made in the order. Lack of freezer packs in orders when delivered and its totally thawed which is dangerous.No answering of phone line and answering only of emails at leisure

This year qurbani meat has been a disaster. The lamb meat is so tough… meat not cut properly, not not taken off… too many trimmings (which last year they send as mince). A bit disappointed on the quality of this year’s (2021) qurbani meat 😔 Friends and family had the same to say.

The chicken products were really good quality but I wasn’t to happy with the mince and lamb shoulder . The mince had way too much fat and as a result was very oily and smelly when cooked. I was let down by the lamb shoulder too, it had a smell to it and the meat did not seem very fresh. The dark colour indicated that it was from a sheep . I was very happy to have found a great meat supply company but will think twice before ordering next time.

The turkey I ordered for Christmas smelt off. This is the first time this has happened with one of my orders. Not happy as I paid a significant amount for a small sized turkey, would’ve got a bigger turkey for the amount I paid

The first order I had was lovely but the second order was very different, the meat was very fatty and the BBQ items were far too spicy and had to be washed before using to make them edible. Have moved to a different company.

I made an order and you wasn’t able to delivery all. The answer given to me is that the drivers came early and if I want I should pay back for the delivery. One big company will never do that.

The delivery guy just droped the box to the concierge and he didn’t called me, just sent me an e-mail, and i didn’t know about the package until it passed 16 hour. It happened that suddenly i passed by the concierge and asked him if there is something came for me, He said yes you have 1 cartoon, then I realized it was my meat order. Generally, thank you so much for your guy.

We ordered chicken, beef and beef liver. The chicken and beef were good however the beef liver was terrible , it was not fresh and have some unbeatable parts please see the pictures.

We have to downgrade the rating. It seems the quality has deteriorated over time. Chickens are not cleaned properly. Found lots of trace of feathers on the skin, especially on the legs. Perhaps the chickens are not throughly examined after the plucking process. We like to eat chicken skin, so we wouldn't want to order chicken without skin.

the food was fine but not happy with the delivery guy as he knocked on the door and didnt have the patience to wait not even a minute. he put the food on the ground in the garden and was leaving cosidering i spent all that money id expect atleast a little patience. he was in his car when i opened the door he raised his hands as to say his busy he needs to go with no clear explanation. which i found very rude. it has put me off ordering from you again to be honest.
