Ordered x3 Beef steaks, all were thinly cut and barley able to cook medium rare. On contacting customer service they would not refund me as I only sent them one picture. The service was so pathetic that they could not even offer a credit note which costs them nothing. Too greedy and unhelpful. The steaks were not cut properly at all almost like they were saving on meat. Word of advice, when you buy and its not up to standard take picture of everything as these guys are so greedy they fight tooth and nail not to give anyone a reasonable solution. A business like this will go down as they don't know how to maintain a healthy customer service.

Placed order for 3 pkts of halal turkey drumsticks costing me £50.97. Received delivery this morning. How disappointed l was! The weight of each packet was 992g, 1002g and 1154g respectively in comparison to the advert of each pkt between 1000g - 6 1500g. Honestly what l received was not worth what l paid for. To take advantage of the fact that there are very few decent halal butchers in this country who sell halal turkey.. is not right.

Absolutely awful experience!! Ruined my Christmas. Ordered a capon to cook on Christmas Day , opened it up Christmas morning and it stunk out my house making me gag from the stench. Disgusting, don’t waste your time or money !

Hi, So I ordered chicken legs one kg and when i received i used one which was good but then i cooked the second and third and both the second and third were cooked in high temperature with upto one hour cooking time and it still had blood in it. i did text on whatsapp too but no response. was the chicken not washed properly before marinating it

I am quite happy with the quality of the products supplied by Healthy Halal but the order was not delivered on the delivery date that I had requested.

Lamb bones image you see on the website is completely different what was sent. All the bones were full of fat.

Hi We do have some issues of our last delivery delivery. We requested mutton and received sheep meat. Secondly, we chose fat 5%but it was may be more than 20% It was quite disappointing our last delivery. There is no direct telephone number for customer service.

I used them before and I couldn’t fault them, I have ordered few things with a turkey leg and guess what, I got the delivery without the turkey leg, no explanation and no refund m, sent them emails but didn’t get any replies, AVOID AVOID AND AVOID they are not trustworthy

Was messed abt , with my order , made so many promises that they will fulfil my order this day and then promised another day , kept me giving me dates for at least 2 weeks … They have the product but don’t want to oner the price I put the order in … if it was an English company they would have kept a customer happy .

My order had not been delivered as per my instructions, and had been left with a neighbour. By the time my neighbour was home to get my order, when i opened the meat, it had spoiled with a rancid smell. I had emailed that day to explain what had happened, but had received no response from yourselves. Very disappointed as i had lost £80 worth of meat.

I placed an order and there was an issue with delivery. After going back and forth with a vey unhelpful customer service agent, I am still without my goods or money. Not even a refund minus the delivery cost. I was told I would be called by the manager, but never received a call. This was all over one month ago and nothing yet. Very disappointed.

They re scamer don’t buy from them just waste of money I paid more than 80 £ for my orders I didn’t receive half of it and rubbish customer service no refund no items

Although meat is good quality with high prices but unfortunately communication and customer service is very poor. My last order did not come on the day, so after waiting all day I wrote e-mail to customer service, no reply. Order came on third day of original booking with one item "not available" but price of item was still charged on the bill ( although small price) but until now no communication from healthy halal about this. Last time I was asked to fill feedback which I did but no code for discount and no reply to e-mail which I wrote. I was not going to mention any of this but now I got another e-mail asking for review so had to write all this. Meat quality is good, although expensive and will keep buying in-spite of poor customer service and communication.

I was sent rotten x2 rib eye steaks, no refund was offered. They’d asked for images, but I explained, I could not provide the images as the meat had been disposed, the meat didn’t look off, it tasted off, and smelled when cooked, but how would Healthy Halal determine this? I queried this with Healthy Halal, but I didn’t receive a response. They’d offered x2 free rib eye steaks on my next order, but why risk buying rotten meat again?
