“Excellent quality of meat Very poor Butchery, inconsistent, do not follow / read instructions- their work shows lack of pride in their profession. Packaging is unsightly compared to when the display of beautiful cuts , arranged appetisingly in trays arrived in the delivery box - at preset they are in ugly , squashed up in thick plastic and still leaking / covered in blood 👎🏼 There is more time and attention paid to ready made made dishes as it appears rather than fresh meat - some of us can cook believe it or not !”

“Excellent variation in products, items always arrive in time and fresh. Cutsomer service is also good, any problems have always been addressed within reasonable time. The only thing that loses them that 1 extra star is at times the images/description of new items don't match reality. Which I have discussed with them and they seem to have rectified it to an extent. Otherwise I'm a happy customer purchasing in bulk every month.”

“This is a fantastic brand. They have great customer service and offer really high quality produce. I live that they have lots of variety and various flavours from across the world so you don't get bored. My only complaint would be that it can be expensive, but I take full advantage of their sale items which makes up for it. Their new vacuum sealed packaging makes things even better, as it's less messy and easier to dispose of.”

“Fresh meat and fast delivery. I had to contact customer service as the beef cut I received was less than 150g of what I ordered. I received a refund for the difference.”

“All good except blood. Why there's blood in the meat? Blood is haram so I'm spending so much time cleaning the meat. If you say it's normal to have blood in meat, no it's not. In my country, there wouldn't be any blood in the meat. It'd be 5 stars otherwise. Because the meat is good quality.”
