“The quality of the meat is very good. The beef liver I received was very good quality and has no unusual smell. I will order again. I did not feel any difference in the chicken we normally buy from the local halal shop. Definitely, the beef is of higher quality comparing my local shop.”

“I like the quality of the products and the delivery service, I have always received them in good condition and on time. However, the customer communication is a bit poor. For example, if an item is out of stock after you make an order, you never get notified about this or receive a refund until YOU e-mail them to ask about this. Also, I only received one item the previous time I purchased a BUY 1 GET 1 FREE item and I never received the free item.. When I e-mailed them about this, all I received was an apology and promise to deliver me on my next purchase which didn't happen. I think communication services need to get improved.”

“One of the better prepped meal services I've used. The flavor profile is excellent. The portion sizes are on the smaller side.. so definitely need 1.5 portions to make my fill. I'd recommend the company to increase their portions a little bit more. But overall a strong 4 out 5 stars & I won't hesitate ordering again!”
