“The meat and chicken is good but the delivery times are inconvenient. Also no clear contact number and if you email no one replies .I ordered lamb mince still haven’t received. Other order came and because butcher was busy he couldn’t send it. I have paid for it asewell”

“I have been ordering from them for a while now and the meat is of good quality but the delivery is always delayed or only partially fulfilled. Some items are almost always missing from the box when it arrives. When you complain to Amira or one of the other customer service staff, they just brush you off. It's super annoying”

“Good quality meat but most organic options are always out of stock and that is very frustrating as a customer. Also delivery takes too long - other vendors have quicker delivery options.”

“A little over rated tbh. Had some sausages which were not nice. Shoulder of lamb however was very tender. If you’re ordering make sure you review order and delivery over and over because one little mistake cannot be rectified by unhelpful delivery company or customer service.”

“Sliced chicken breast arrived out of date and I was refunded but no apology from anyone. Ingredients for sliced chicken breast have lots of added extras including stabilisers, flavouring and preservatives, not mentioned on the website. Otherwise, the rest of the order was good. Well packaged and fresh.”

“The meat is good quality but western cuts are hard to come by. Their ribeye steak quality is improving though, since they put the price up. They are now almost as thick as a butchers/supermarket steak But trying to get large cuts, when requested is a non starter, as they will give you what they decide you should get!”

“Great variety of products and good delivery & communication. I was not very happy with my Turkey joint however as it was not ‘clean’ in the sense I spent ages removing feathers from the skin as there were so many, this alone has put me off ordering again as I do expect my poultry especially to have been cleaned prior to receiving. Delivery was on the day promised which during the festive season I can understand would be challenging & it was packaged very well.”

“Asked to have an extra item 1/2 hour after ordering, they emailed back and said how many packets then when I replied they said they couldn’t change the order, I supplied telephone number and order number. Not good customer service.”
