“I really highly recommend Healthful Pets. Its so nice to find an online company that went out of their way to be friendly and helpful when I needed help. I needed some advice on one of their products and they immediately offered to call me. So nice to actually *speak* to a human instead of just electronic correspondence. Thanks again so much - and my order came quickly as well. Annie”

“Ordered an H2O4K9 water bottle, at a competitive price. Before dispatch, co-owner Kay noticed that the in-stock bottles were coloured differently to advertised, arranged for the correct 'as advertised' item to be sent direct to me from the manufacturer, and contacted me to apologise for the error and slight delay. Mistakes happen; but it's great customer service when the supplier sorts it out proactively like this and keeps the customer informed. I'm very happy to recommend Healthful Pets, and would have no hesitation in purchasing from the company again. Thank you Kay. The H204K9 is a great product too!”

I am very sorry to hear this. We aim to despatch on the same day all orders received by 3.30. Most of our ours are sent via Royal Mail. RM 24 aims to deliver within 24 hours but this can take longer. If you can please contact me then I can investigate this. Our number is: 01565 740777. Thank you. The Healthful Pets Team
