“I am a very very happy customer! I have been buying my doggy's supplies from here for the last year and I have no complaints. The customer Service is spotless and the delivery time frame is always as initially communicated. A wide range of herbal remedies that are not available on the UK market so I am very pleased to have come across this online shop - highly recommend!!”

“Friendly efficient person on the phone. Product arrived promptly. I have used Eko Neem soap for dogs before and have found it an excellent produce for my pet who has very titchy skin.”

Hi Catarina. This is the first that I am aware of this problem and obviously very sorry to hear this. We are a very approachable team and we are contactable by email, telephone and Live Chat. So you could have "reached out" to us and we could have helped you find out where your parcel is. Your order was shipped on 13th May. Items to the EU are taking longer than normal because of the current COVID-19 situation. We will look into this and get back to you directly. Once again, sorry to hear your order hasn't reached you. “I used malaseb for years but someone told me of your colloidal silver shampoo so l thought l would give it a try. I saw a difference after first wash. I will be using your shampoo in future it’s an excellent product. Thank you”
