“I placed an order shortly after Christmas and when doing so was advised that it wouldn’t be processed until 4 January which was perfectly acceptable. However, the goods were received within a couple of days and way before 4 January. An excellent service in my opinion.”

“Great product for adult dogs and pups for intestinal hygiene. Works well, no upset tummies and does the job. My preference over harsh chemicals which do not work for the full life cycle of parasites.”

“Good service, quick delivery. I was delighted to find this company that offers loads of choice on natural pet care products. Too many hidden nasties and such like in many commercial pet products these days so to have a place that supplies lots of different natural brands and has checked out the products for me is a huge plus!”

Hi Elaine. We have picked this issue up with you privately and sent you a replacement product, as you are correct, the product that we sent you was short coded. Normally for products that are approaching their best before we reduce down and highlight this on the website. What happened here was a few bottles of salmon oil were sent to us amongst some new stock that had only arrived a week ago. This product is purchased every 2 weeks, so we didn't check all of the bottles that arrived in. We have picked this up with the supplier to make sure this doesn't happen again. So we can only apologise for this. “Great calming product for Dogs that I have used before. For the quantities in a bag it is expensive as a product but I think this has more to do with the manufacturer than any retailers.”
