“Absolutely superb service. I ordered my item on Saturday morning and it was here by Monday, which in itself is remarkably fast, but even more so as I needed to start my dog on it as soon as possible. She has no problem eating it and her symptoms have certainly diminished. I would definitely use and recommend Healthful Pets. Thank you”

“A wonderful array of products, some not available easily elsewhere. Always top notch service too. I had a ‘picking error’ with my last order, but it was immediately sorted with no hassle, and the correct item sent out immediately. Ten gold stars!”

Many thanks for leaving the 5 star review. This is appreciated. Just regarding your comment about the speed of delivery of your order. We always ship orders the same day up until c 4pm. However the shipping method that you choose was Royal Mail 48 / Second Class which whilst typically is 2-4 days, can take 10 days when Royal Mail is busy and is not a priority service. Unfortunately some of the Royal Mail services have been under strain recently with the Strikes which have been once a week for a number of months. So sorry about this.
