Great choice of flowers, and they offer next day delivery. Well that's what I thought, and thats why I specifically chose them. So I went ahead, placed the order and received confirmation of my payment and next day delivery, which would be a Saturday. Only to receive another message later on that day stating that delivery would now take place on the Sunday approximately after 7pm. I tried contacting the company on the Saturday, however ate unable to speak to anyone. I sent an email and message opting to cancel my order. Only to find out that the flowers were still delivered on the Sunday. To date, I have had no response from the company, whatsoever regarding my cancellation. Poor customer service!

I recently ordered from Haute Florist and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The entire process, from ordering online to delivery, was seamless and straightforward. Their website made it easy to find and order the perfect arrangement. The delivery arrived earlier in the day than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the quality of the flowers was outstanding—they were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. Disgusting, truly awful. Won't use again, won't ever recommend. Please God don't let me win a year's free flowers for leaving a review, they will go in the same place as my purchase, straight in the bin.

Ordering was really easy. The flowers were beautiful and exactly as shown on the website. The downside was the delivery driver left them at a rarely used side door. They were a birthday gift and when three days after the birthday, we hadn't heard anything, we rang and asked if they had been delivered. The receipient then went looking!!!!! I got a text with a picture but didn't realise it wasn't the front door. Not your fault and have to say, the flowers were still in perfecet condition.

Superb service. This bouquet arrived in bloom and in perfect time for the service. The personalised card was so easy to make and beautifully printed in a lovely choice of styles. The family adored the unique bouquet and its beauty choosing to take both home with them. Good service and value for money assured by me. Thank you Haute for doing my friend proud on the saddest of goodbyes xx

In the past, I have used Marks & Spencer's for my mum's birthday flowers. I can tell you with all sincerity, I will not be going back to M&S for flowers. I have now used Haute Florist twice and am absolutely delighted with not only their customer service but the way that they present their flowers. Both occasions, I have requested that the delivery address be changed (this last time was more short notice than the other time). Both times, the staff went out of their way to get the delivery address changed which was so very appreciated. Apparently, the flowers are not just in beautiful condition, they arrive by Royal Mail in a lovely box and very carefully wrapped in black tissue paper, complete with a water bath, care instructions and flower food. My mum said that a baby couldn't have been wrapped up better. The smell of the flowers is wafting through the house and she is thrilled with them. If she is happy then I am happy. I wish that I could get flowers like this here in New Zealand. Would I recommend Haute Florist, absolutely I would. They're not the cheapest but what you get is quality and great customer service. What more can you ask for. Thanks Haute Florist for making my mum's birthday so special.

Flowers looked tired and died after 4 days. Sent pictures was offered a voucher for£10 off future purchases. Very poor quality.
