“The flowers i ordered for my Mothers 80th birthday were fantastic .very well put together .unfortunatly the box they arrived in was totally smashed. I would reconsider changing your delivery company .fortunatly the flowers were perfect and only the box was smashed but this was probably down to the care the Haute florist took”

“It was a very stressful time only because I was ordering from so far away (Australia) When the delivery had to be changed not because of anything the company had done, It was difficult from here. It all turned out satisfactory”

“The orchid was not kept upright in transit and when it arrived there was earth in the bottom of the box and the moss had broken away from the plant pot. I did raise this with Haute and although they couldn't rectify this did offer me compensation straight away. I have ordered many times from Haute and have not had a problem and even this the problem was with the transit company.”

“Recipient .. my cousin was delighted with the flowers .. I was just a little disappointed about the lack of agapanthus which is part of the reason I ordered them . I didn t like the replacement flowers the purple ones .. that’s just my opinion though ..”

“Beautiful range of flowers, modern and traditional, and the choice of adding gifts. However, very difficult basket to edit, tiny font. Easy to order flowers, hard to add other items.”

“Ordered flowers for my mums 80th, they were beautiful and she loved them. She liked that they came tied in a bouquet rather than the typical letter box flowers. They were lovely but only I can only give 4 stars as they are quite pricey so would only be able to use again for a very special occasion.”
