“I paid extra for the tracking which I did not want but never could track it but would be more helpful if you tx me when it had been delivered but flower where told were nice”

“The flowers were great once they arrived. I was very annoyed that the delivery was booked for the Saturday and were not deliverd till Sunday. The courrier said he was only contracted to deliver on a Sunday, so Saturday was never an option. Why not be Honest?”
