“Flowers arrived on time . Bouquet was lovely but a little smaller than expected. I paid £10 for a large bouquet but wouldn’t call it large.”

“Flowers were delivered in time for a friends birthday and they looked amazing. However, the team needs to work on the free message note. The print wasn’t too good. Preferably a card would have looked more chic.”

“The twice confirmation of payment at checkout is a bit confusing. Last time my payment wasnt confirmed as I didn’t realise I had to click confirm again after doing the Apple Pay bit- it meant that I didn’t actually order any flowers initially do did the process again when I realised a few weeks later!”

“Beautifully presented and all lovely and fresh, but unfortunately two roses were damaged and although I like the vase you sent it is different to what I ordered and what was advertised. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to friends and family too as every bouquet purchased so far has been excellent.”

“The flowers did not arrive the next day/date of delivery as advised but the day after so missed the actual occasion! But when they did arrive they were fresh, to the image and greatly appreciated. Small print does advise possibility of delivery delays so just order in plenty of time.”

“Stunning flowers arrived on the designated day. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was straight forward My friend said the flowers are 'utterly stunning'. I would have liked to have seen what the bouquet consisted of in the three sizes if I had any feedback to give - this would be helpful and help with expectations. 9/10 thanks so much.”
