“The flowers were received at the expect date but the quality was very poor. Lots of greenery, only 5 roses and those roses already tired. I had to run to M&S for an extra bunch of roses to replace the already dead ones and to fill the gaps. For £44 a total waste. I upload some pictures on the day I received it.”

“Never used the site and was sceptical as ordered from previous florists and not been very impressed. The flowers however were delivered as a gift in a beautiful black gift box and were fabulous really pleased 😍 and the person who received them loved them. 💯 recommend Haute Florist thank you ❤️”

“Terrible service from this company. We chose them because they offered next day delivery. The delivery was not even attempted the next day, finally turned up 5 days later...imagine how fresh the bouquet was by then! Couldn't contact them by phone and very very scarse and completely unhelpful contact via email. They just would not reply to our queries or try to help”

“Excellent service, I did not expect to be able to have flowers delivered so quickly over the Christmas period. The website was easy until I got to making payment where I found it a bit circuitous, but all good!”
