“Sister said flowers were beautiful. Knocked a point off for flowers being a day late and I had paid extra for morning and text alerts. Still not Hautes fault. ROYAL MAIL AGAIN.”

“Our friend thought her flowers were gorgeous, however, she didn’t send a pic so hopefully she was pleased. As a company, you never send an email confirming delivery and this is disappointing. Perhaps you could consider sending delivery status? It seems strange that you don’t already provide this.”
