“I ordered a hat box flowers for my sister in law. They arrived in time but, unfortunately, they were out and the post office took a photo of the postage sticker. Not knowing whether the photo was actually taken at the address I was worried until I spoke to her. She thought they were lovely, unfortunately, the hat box broke in half so she could not use it.”

“Flowers were sent out on Tuesday evening but didn't arrive until Saturday. The flowers were in a bad state and couldn't be used (they were intended as a gift). It's just a reminder to be wary of letterbox flowers and Royal Mail, which is a pity because the flowers looked like they were lovely.”

“Yes the flowers were more expensive than many of the online flower companies but I am extremely pleased with the hatbox flowers sent as a new home gift where a vase would not be readily available. The delighted recipients sent me a photo of the flowers which were exactly like the photograph on the website. They were delivered in a protective box and on the specified date. I would be happy to use this company again.”
