“I was sending flowers to three different addresses, for travelling quite along way to support me at Mom's funeral. Bought two lots of sunflowers and I can't remember the other one. All arrived early for next day. I realise they came from 'Prestige flowers' which is absloutely fine. Basically, fabulous, everything went to plan & at a yukky time, cheered me up as well. I have bought from you for a couple of years now, always great. On this occassion no 'add ons' yet have used candles, chocs ect., Love the presentation. Our whole house is black, cream and gold, and I dress Christmas trees - at Christmas for a couple of estates in Cheshire, Arley Hall, Tatton ect. So just making something look special is the key. “AWFUL, AVOID. I ordered sunflowers, the picture below is what I was sent. They then arranged to deliver the correct flowers the day after, which was never followed through. I have now got a refund for the flowers however they are refusing to refund the delivery as the “service was delivered”. Their customer service is non existent. Will NEVER use this company again.”
