“The Venice bouquet looked impressive on arrival. Once in a vase and the flowers weren’t so tightly bunched several of the blooms were very poor quality. The agapanthus were straggly and well past their best. Some of the roses were beginning to discolour around the edges. 12 hours later several of the roses have dropped despite having been trimmed according to the instructions. My friends would have saved themselves a fortune if they had given me supermarket flowers instead.”

“Very good experience, easy to order, arrived on the appointed day, my daughter-in-law said they were beautiful and was delighted with them! Based on this experience I would definitely use Haute Flowers again.”

“Spectacular! Almost theatrical in their beauty. Based off a French artistes colour palette in the court of Louis XV I cannot express enough how happy we were with the care and professionalism undertaken for this large bouquet. Elegant. Powerful. “I was rather disappointed in all honesty. I can understand that the flowers being handled by couriers and aren't exactly getting the care they need whilst in transit but I was expecting the bouquet to be relatively fresh, which they were not. It was a gift for my wife on her birthday, and when she opened the box, the flowers were just dull looking. Wasn't happy at all”

“Flowers arrived in a smashed up soggy wet box; however, the flowers were pretty much intact and a beautiful arrangement. I emailed to make Haute Florist aware and they were absolutely amazing and have offered to replace the entire arrangement. Outstanding service and Beautiful arrangement. I will definitely be ordering from Haute Florist again!!”
