“I needed a quick delivery of flowers to my niece who had just lost her Mum, my Sister. It was really important she received those as she was so brave in dealing with her loss. I live in Scotland, and choose Haute Flowers based on their reviews. They didn't let me down!”

“I am extremely disappointed with the flowers I received. I ordered from Haute, but they came from a second company called Prestige Flowers. I paid extra for a large bouquet, but it looks like a standard size. When I ordered, there was no clear explanation of how many stems come in small, medium, or large, and I feel like I got scammed. I contacted customer service the same day I received them, but I still haven't received an email back. The quality is terrible, honestly, store-bought flowers are better and cheaper. To top it off, the flowers were dead just three days later.”

“Really disappointed. These were for my wife's 70th birthday and we're not as expected. The picture doesn't reflect the flowers received. My wife suggested they would recover but most of them never really did. The roses are completely finished. She received several lots of flowers from different people and they are still looking thriving. I don't send flowers very often and I am disappointed.”

“I bought the bouquet for a Birthday gift for my sister in law,as she doesn’t live near me I haven’t actually seen the flowers but she seemed delighted with them. The delivery service was excellent arriving on time. I thought that the bouquet was very good value for money. I would definitely use Haute again.”
